Software

Many of the models we develop are available as external page packages to the Bayesian software package external page BEAST2. Some of our models are also available within the Bayesian software package external page RevBayes (not listed on this page). We also release R-packages on external page CRAN or external page GitHub. Finally, we also make some additional resources available on our external page public GitHub repository. All of our packages are open-source and links to the source code are provided below.
