Communications

The Communications Office develops and implements the Departmental communication strategy, manages all corporate communications channels and materials, both internally and externally, and advises management on communication measures and public relations.

To increase the Department’s local, national and international visibility, the Communications Office works hand-in-hand with ETH Corporate Communications and its Media Relations team on science and other success stories, creating multimedia content. In addition, it maintains collaborative networks with media representatives and Communications Officers at regional partner institutions. Furthermore, the D-BSSE Communications Office organises public information events to raise the Department’s profile.

Digital communications of the Department’s mission, goals, achievements and activities take place on a variety of platforms, integrating various channels and content formats.
