D-BSSE Shop

As a service provider for the Department of Biosystems Science and Engineering, the aim of the D-BSSE Shop (ETH login required) is to support scientists in all purchasing questions and their processes.

Our ordering platform has more than 30 company connections with punch-out catalogues and can efficiently handle free text orders and stock orders.  All daily consumables can be easily ordered by the scientist via the online platform.

The entire supply chain is handled in the ERP, our SAP Materialmanagement System, including the invoicing for the order.

The D-BSSE Shop is further responsible for the incoming goods inspection, the temperature-dependent storage until collection, thus guaranteeing the scientist a good quality of the ordered products and little effort until the products are used.

The procurement of scientific equipment and capital goods is also a focus of D-BSSE procurement. In the case of WTO (tender), we support the scientific groups in the tendering process.
