Image Analysis

In the Single Cell Facility, we support our users with their image analysis needs by:

• discussing their projects in collaboration with the microscopy specialists to optimize the data acquisition for subsequent analysis;
• teaching image analysis concepts and training users on the usage of selected open source and commercial software tools;
• offering a weekly Image Analysis Clinic for smaller-scale support;
  
• offering access to nine high-end analysis workstations, one server and six teaching machines;
• developing dedicated software for specific projects that cannot be covered by existing solutions;
• developing generic software tools in collaboration with external academic and commercial partners.
