New Paper

Our paper 'Single-cell phylogenies reveal changes in the evolutionary rate within cancer and healthy tissues' is now published in Cell Genomics, where we leverage the phylogenetic information in scDNA-seq data to detect varying evolutionary rates among cell lineages: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.xgen.2023.100380.
