Computational Biology Workshop 2007
From genotypes to phenotypes: geometry, statistics, and biology
The first Computational Biology workshop entitled "From genotypes to phenotypes: geometry, statistics, and biology" was held at the Department of Biosystems Science and Engineering on November 30, 2007.
The workshop brought together about 30 scientists from Basel and surroundings plus international guests who are actively working in the field of computational biology. New mathematical and computational methods and their application to questions arising in the context of systems biology were explored and discussed.
