Biochemical assay system (H2)
The liquid handling system H2 is based on a Hamilton Star platform. It carries 16 individual pipetting channels for increased pipetting throughput. The integration of a plate sealer, two temperature controlled modules, four heated shakers and a centrifgue allow for the execution of complex assay protocols like SEAP (secreted alkaline phosphatase) assays, DNA quantification using fluorescent dyes or preparation of drug-dilution curves.
