Moor Lab Welcomes New Team Members
We are delighted to announce the arrival of three new members to the Moor Lab team. Szu-Hsien "Sam" Wu joins us as a Postdoc, Eugenio Gentile as a new PhD student, and Gabriela Blancarte joins for her Master's thesis.
We are excited to welcome Szu-Hsien "Sam" Wu, who joins the Moor Lab as a Postdoctoral researcher after completing his PhD at the IMBA in Vienna. Sam is eager to apply his extensive expertise in mouse models and cancer research to our ongoing projects. He is particularly excited about leveraging our advanced CRISPR screening and imaging techniques to push the boundaries of cancer research.
Simultaneously, we are pleased to have Eugenio Gentile joining us as a PhD student. Eugenio recently completed his Master's degree in the lab of Barbara Treutlein. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge in single-cell RNA analyses, which he will utilize in our lymphoma research projects.
Last but not least, we are excited to welcome Gabriela Blancarte, a medical doctor currently pursuing an MSc in Molecular Biology at the University of Basel, to the Moor lab. Gabriela will be working on her thesis and collaborating closely with PhD student Elena Guido Vinzoni.
We look forward to the innovative contributions Sam and Eugenio will bring to our lab and the exciting advancements their work will enable in our research endeavors.
