BEL spin-off MaxWell Biosystems at ETH Zurich Industry Day
BEL spin-off MaxWell Biosystems presented their activities at "ETH Zurich Industry Day 2017". Around 550 representatives from industry and business met with scientists.
Industry and business representatives met with researchers in the fourth edition of the ETH Zurich Industry Day on August 29th, 2017 at ETH Hönggerberg. The Industry Day is an annually recurring event, which showcases the research activities of ETH Zurich and offers a platform for industry to engage with ETH researchers. This year, the guests received insights into research activities in the fields of data science, energy and resources, entrepreneurship, and materials and processes.
CEO Urs Frey presented the activities of the BEL spin-off company external pageMaxWell Biosystems AG, founded in 2016, which develops and distributes electrophysiological cell-imaging platforms to promote basic research, preclinical drug discovery, safety pharmacology and personalized medicine.
