The Machine Learning and Computational Biology Lab is part of the Department of Biosystems Science and Engineering (D-BSSE). Our offices are located at:

Directions to the main entrance of the D-BSSE
- Go to the bus stop (external pageBasel, Frachthalle)
- Take bus #50 in the direction to Basel SBB, Bahnhof (16 Min. 5 stops)
- Take tram #1 in the direction of Basel, Badischer Bahnhof (9 Min. 6 stops)
- Get off at the stop "Gewerbeschule". You will be at the intersection of Rosentalstrasse and Mattenstrasse
- In the direction of the tram, take a left on Mattenstrasse. Walk on Mattenstrasse and pass the main entrace to the campus (a gate marked with the number 1047). Continue walking until you find a short street on your right
- Turn right and you will find the D-BSSE entrance (Mattenstrasse 26). Next to the door you will find a phone and a directory of names

- Exit the train station and cross the street. You will be in the corner of Rosentalstrasse and Schwarzwaldalle (there's a McDonald's restaurant in the corner)
- Continue walking on Rosentalstrasse (approx. 350 m)
- Turn right on Mattenstrasse and pass the main entrace to the campus (a gate marked with the number 1047). Continue walking until you find a short street on your right
- Turn right and you will find the D-BSSE entrance (Mattenstrasse 26). Next to the door you will find a phone and a directory of names
