Open Position as Postdoctoral Researcher

We have an open position in the field of computational oncology and analyzing single-cell sequencing to understand tumor evolution. The goal is to develop, implement, and test novel statistical and machine learning methods for single-cell cancer genomics data to uncover the phylogenetic relationship between sampled cells, integrate multi-omics and drug-screening data, and eventually support clinical diagnostics.
