Summer School 2018
Graphical Models: From Mathematical Foundations to Biological Applications
Scope
This summer school provides a steep introduction to and recent developments in probabilistic graphical models and their applications in computational biology. It includes models for high-dimensional data, causal inference from observational and interventional data, and algebraic approaches to conditional independence. The format is general lectures by invited speakers in the morning and specialized short talks by participants in the afternoon.
