Additional information
I develop statistical and computational methods for the genomic surveillance of infectious diseases. My work focuses on the detection, tracking, and epidemiological modelling of viral variants using wastewater sequencing data. I am part of the WISE consortium, where we are conducting wastewater surveillance of infectious diseases in Switzerland.
