V-pipe receives funding as SIB resource

V-pipe, our bioinformatics pipeline for the analysis of viral NGS data, now receives funding from the Swiss Institutes of Bioinformatics (SIB) as an SIB resource. We are excited to develop V-pipe further to support viral genomics in both research and clinical diagnostics of viruses.
