Sequences released for genomic surveillance of SARS-​CoV-2 in Switzerland

First data for genomic surveillance of SARS-CoV-2 in Switzerland made available

In coordination with the diagnostics company Viollier we are collecting SARS-​CoV-2 viruses from across Switzerland for genome sequencing. The first 249 genome sequences can now be investigated on Nextstrain!
