A phylogenetic tree displaying the first genomes generated as part of our efforts to increase genomic surveillance of SARS-CoV-2 in Switzerland can be viewed on Nextstrain external page here. We thank the Genomics Facility Basel for sequencing and the developers of external page V-pipe for sequence assembly.
We plan to continue generating genome sequences as cases in Switzerland are confirmed and we will analyze the Swiss epidemic using these data.
