Equipment
We use state-of-the-art sequencing systems from Element Biosciences, Illumina, and PacBio, offering maximum flexibility and speed for projects of all types and scales. In-house, the facility operates the AVITI, NovaSeq 6000, NextSeq 500, and MiSeq platforms. Sequencing with the NovaSeq X and Revio systems is outsourced to our partners at the Functional Genomics Center Zurich (FGCZ), the NGS Platform in Bern, and the Lausanne Genomic Technologies Facility (GTF). Additional equipment for single-cell and spatial sequencing assays, automation and miniaturization of sample preparation workflows, as well as QC measurements, is also available.
