Equipment

We sequence with state-​of-the-art Illumina and PacBio systems providing highest flexibility and speed for all kinds and scales of projects. In-house the facility operates the Illumina sequencing systems NovaSeq 6000, NextSeq 500 and MiSeq, as well as the PacBio Sequel. Accessory equipment for single-cell sequencing assays, automation and miniaturization of sample preparation workflows as well as QC measurements is installed.
