User Lab

The Fluidigm Biomark  and the QX100 digital PCR systems are supported in a User Lab mode. Users get access to these system to measure their own samples themselves after thorough training by staff members of the facility. Additionally you can use  the Nanodrop 3300 or Tecan Infinite M1000 Pro to measure the concentration of your biological samples. We can also provide training and access to the Covaris E220 system for DNA and chromatin fragmentation.
