The Genomics Facility Basel brings together leading scientific expertise and cutting-edge sequencing technologies to deliver fast, flexible, and high-quality data for research projects of all types and scales. Our team provides comprehensive support for NGS applications — from experimental design to data delivery.

We operate a broad range of sequencing platforms including AVITI, NovaSeq 6000, NextSeq 500, and MiSeq, and collaborate with national partners for access to NovaSeq X and Revio systems. Additional equipment for single-cell and spatial omics, automation, and quality control ensures maximum flexibility and precision.
