A High-Density Map for Navigating the Human Polycomb Complexome

We successfully accomplished a long standing research project that started when Christian was a member of Renato Paro's Epigenomics group at D-BSSE. In close cooperation with Matthias Gstaiger, we comprehensively characterized the Polycomb interactome of a human cell line. The study has been published and highlighted as cover story in Cell Reports.

Ariane Hofmann is studying the heterogeneity of renal cell carcinoma as part of her interdisciplinary PhD and is investigating whether it is possible to identify, on a genetic level, different mutated cancer cells that cooperate with each other.
