Genomics Basel featured in X-Letter 33
The Genomics Facility Basel is a core technology platform of the SystemsX funded MERIC project.
The research groups involved in the external pageSystemsX.ch funded project "Mechanisms of evasive resistance in cancer" (external pageMERIC) aim at understanding the adaptation strategies of tumors by means of an integrative approach that involves the characterization of patient samples by means of global phospho-proteomic, genomic and transcriptomic profiling.
