A Cloud-based Platform for Comparing the Results of Genome-wide Association Studies
Summary
easyGWAS is designed to be a central resource for the genetics community. As a cloud-based service, it frees the user from the tedious tasks of implementing statistical software, managing data and computing resources. Moreover, easyGWAS serves the community at large through easy data access, validation and reproduction of GWAS findings.
