Genomics Basel

The Genomics Facility Basel is a central research and service facility. Part of the ETH Zurich Department of Biosystems Science and Engineering located in Basel, it is supported and operated jointly with the University of Basel.

The technology platform was established in 2008 to grant researchers in the life sciences community in Basel and at ETH Zurich direct access to next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology, and thereby facilitating the systematic quantitative investigation of genome-wide experiments.
