Micro Milling

CNC micromilling is an attractive alternative to conventional microfabrication when it comes to producing complex geometries. Our Datron Neo CNC mill is a fast and precise tool for rapid manufacturing of microfluidic chips, molds, or embossing stamps in polymers or metals. With a liquid-cooled spindle with a maximum speed of 40'000 rpm, features on the order of 100 μm can quickly and easily be fabricated.
