InSphero AG received 2014 Award for academic entrepreneurship (ACES) in Europe in the category "life sciences" for developing 3D cell models of human organs at scale for use in toxicity screens.

BEL contributed to paper in "Molecular Cell"

Collaboration of three BSSE groups published in Molecular Cell. The Fussenegger group developed the genetic network, BEL contributed microfluidic platforms, and the Stelling group modelled the system.
