2019 IQ Consortium and AAALAC Intemational Global 3Rs Award for the region of Europe was given to Julia Boos and coworkers (J. Boos, P. Misun, A. Michlmayr, A. Hierlemann, O. Frey) for their scientific research paper titled "Microfluidic multitissue platform for advanced embryotoxicity testing in vitro", published in the journal Advanced Science 2019 (article 1900294). The award ceremony took place at the AAALAC intemational meeting held in conjunction with the 70th national AALAS meeting in Charlotte, North Carolina.
