SRF covers our work on microtisssues in a contribution and radio broadcast entitled "Living organs on a chip" describing paradigm shifts in medical research and compound testing.

The Swiss radio external page SRF made an interview and radio broadcast on our work on spherical 3D-microtissue systems on chips that closely recapitulate organ behaviour and functions. The developed microtissue arrangements make it possible to study interactions between different tissue types and to test pharmacological agents. In the radio broadcast and a related article, entitled "Living organs on a chip" it is explained how these work - and what the future might bring with respect to drug development and personalized medicine.
