7th BEL-PEL conference on emerging topics in science

PEL and BEL coworkers and alumni met at the 7th BEL-PEL Conference on Emerging Topics in Science on November 19th, 2022 in the Science Lounge at the Department BSSE in Basel. The bi-​annual reunion brings together current lab members lab alumni, international guests and previous lab members, who have become entrepreneurs or hold positions in industry. Four hours of presentations were interspersed with breaks and meals, so that there was plenty of time for interaction, as networking and mentoring represent the most important door-​openers in young scientists’ careers.
