At the DBSSE Flow Cytometry Facility you can sort your cells based on both spectral fluorescence and imaging parameters thanks to our BD FACSDiscover S8 cell sorter.
The Spectral Technology allows you to combine fluorophores with near-identical spectral emission in a multicolor panel and to have a better resolution of the dim signal.
The CellView Image Technology, with up to 10 000 images per second, adds 18 imaging parameters to your analysis that can be used alone or in addition to the spectral parameters to define the strategy for sorting the interested populations.
