Cytek Aurora

The Cytek Aurora is a spectral  analyzer and has just arrived at the Single Cell Facility. Stay tuned for more information as we organize its installation and commissioning.  We will inform you when the first trainings will be available.

Lasers available: 349 nm, 405 nm, 488 nm, 561 nm, 640 nm

Total number of detectors: 64

Technical Information:

Supported carrier types: 

- 96 WP flat, U, V bottom

- 96 deep well

- 5 ml tubes

Dead Volumes:

- 10 ul for 96 flat bottom plates

- 5 ul for all other supported plate types

Sample flow rates:

- tube mode between 15 ul/min  and 60 ul/min

- plate mode between 15 ul/min  and 100 ul/min

Data acquisition rate: 35000 events/sec
