Cytek Aurora
The Cytek Aurora is a full-spectrum flow cytometer that captures complete emission profiles using 64 fluorescence detectors across 5 lasers, enabling the creation of high-parameter multicolor panels. By recording full spectral signatures rather than relying on peak intensities, it can separate fluorochromes withsimilar spectra, allowing the detection of both established and novel dyes.
The system also helps reduce the impact of cellular autofluorescence, such as in primary tissues, improving the resolution of dim signals. Its APD-based detectors provide increased sensitivity in the red range, supporting flexible panel design across a broad spectral space.
