BD FACSAria III Sorter

Our BD FACSAria III SORP is equipped with 5 lasers (405nm, 445nm, 488nm, 561nm and 633nm;  the 405nm-laser and 445nm-laser use the same light path/pinhole and cannot be used simultaneously) and can detect 16 colours simultaneously.

This instrument  is located in our access-restricted Biosafety Level 2 room (U1.64) and can be used to sort BSL-2 samples upon request. Special regulations apply to BSL-2 sorts. For further information please follow the link.
