NEXUS Personalized Health Technologies

NEXUS is an ETH technology platform that supports research groups and clinical partners to enable and accelerate biomedical research, development, and implementation projects.
Since biomedical research has many facets, NEXUS provides services for a broad range of fields. We have experts in clinical bioinformatics, software engineering, statistical analysis, and screening and lab automation.
On the one hand, we provide small-scale tailored support, e.g. for a customized analysis project, the setup of a web server or database, clone picking, compound spotting etc.
On the other hand, we support large-scale projects with broad bioinformatics and statistical analysis, workflow setup and maintenance, infrastructure, assay development, screening thousands of compounds, etc. We are happy to already help in the design phase of projects and participate in proposal writing to secure third-party funding.
