Scientific IT Services

Scientific IT Services (SIS) is a section of ETH IT-Services. Team members include engineers, scientists and technicians, and have in-depth experience of software development, high performance computing and applied computer science. Customers benefit from a uniquely diverse scientific background in areas such as mathematics, physics, chemistry, or biology.

A large group of SIS is located at D-BSSE in Basel, offering bespoke scientific computing services. From data management plans to individual consulting and data analysis, SIS dedicates its work directly to researchers.
